V-CHANNEL UNVEILS SHEIFUNMI AND NEW PROGRAMMES.






In what seems like a show of intent, the management of V-Channel (channel 221 on Startimes)  have engaged the services of popular blogger and media personality, Sheifunmi Yusuf.
Sheifunmi is best known for covering gossip posts on celebrities, actors, musicians and other famous faces. He is also known for featuring upcoming artistes from different parts of the world, interviewing celebrities from Hollywood but recently has been interviewing Nigerian artistes and updates on recent music, movies and other showbiz events. Sheifunmi was the official live feed blogger for the MTV Music Awards 2010, Hip Hop World Awards 2010/2012 and the Social Media Officer/On Air personality for Nigerian Idol Diaries.
He attempted a career as an actor in high school, before his blogging career, he started off as a radio host on Babcock University FM, hosting Nigerian Universities radio show (RED ALERT), while he was doing his internet show "SHEI FUNMI SHOW" on YouTube with over a thousand subscribers. Majoring in English and Creative Arts in Babcock University till he moved to the United States to major in Media Arts, his blogging career started off as a gossip for Babcock University activities not excluding other Universities and the Media.
V-Channel, a spanking new entertainment channel airing on Channel 221 on Cable TV, Startimes, aims at changing the phase of the entertainment world, with its diverse and exclusive packages.
Other presenters on V-Channel are Annabel, Bridget, April, Oyinda, Zerziya, Perpetua, Papasam, , Speens, Jude and Chemist boy.
In a quick chat with him, Shei said “Entertainment is my life. I eat, drink and sleep anything entertainment. I’m excited to be a part of the V-Channel crew, and all I will say for now is, expect the best”.
Sola Fajobi, CEO of V-Channel, says: “V-Channel (Channel 221 on Startimes) is aimed at delivering credible alternative and varieties. Lately, the Channel unveiled its brand new programmes namely: No shaking, Spotlight, V-Breakfast, Fashion style, Ladies first, Excite on Red carpet moments, and Excite on TV.
